A client approached me and requested I build them a simple track bike. They also wanted me to take care of all the components, assembly and paint. To this client I owe a great deal of gratitude for being patient throughout the process of this construction which took longer then originally expected due to unforeseen events.

Design

    The design was quite simple, similar to a bike the client already had however it hand built and custom fitted to her stature.

Material

The frame was constructed out of steel.

Manufacturing

    There were no significant challenges in manufacturing this bike, however building the wheels as well as gathering and assembling all the components posed a new challenge not often dealt with on customer builds. Since this was one of the few full bikes i have been in charge of building as well as procuring and assembling the components.
